If for some reason we do not receive your dues within the due date, we automatically convert your account to the basic free membership account. This means you will not be able to access some of the features that are only available for premium members.

Payment Method - Payments for products purchase on this site can be made by bank check or credit card. http://portalserver.net/ does not offer refunds for any products purchased on it's site using credit cards or checks. All checks must be in US dollars. There is a US $25.00 fee for all bounced checks. Visa/MasterCard credit card payments will be accepted only in US dollars. Basic membership is free.

12. Premium Membership Rates - http://portalserver.net/ may increase the rates in case of premium services and will inform you if you are already a premium member, atleast 30 days in advance, as long as you provide a valid email address.

Any or all rewards assigned to a member can be revoked at anytime whatsoever without the consent of the member, and without any notice whatsoever. Commissions associated with all rewards are stipulated by http://portalserver.net/ Inc., and are subject to change without prior notice.
14. Dislosing Incorrect Information - It is entirely your responsibility to disclose the correct information about yourself when you use http://portalserver.net/. If information such as email address for instance, is incorrectly entered, your account information will be accessible to anyone who owns the incorrect information.
